How do we work?
Our methodology is mainly practical and its main objective is for our students to be able to communicate fluently, correctly and accurately.

Adaptability and flexibility
Before designing a training plan, it is crucial to understand the profile of each team within the company. This requires assessing the language skills of the employees and detecting the areas that need improvement. This analysis will allow English classes to focus on the most relevant aspects.
We therefore believe that customising the focus of the course according to your needs is essential, as teams such as sales, marketing, human resources or finance may have very different language requirements.
Level test
Rather than designing a one-size-fits-all course, it is more effective to divide employees into groups according to their level and provide them with personalised content. In this way, each person can learn at their own pace, avoiding the frustration of overly complex or monotonous material.

The Classes
One-to-one lessons with a teacher all the time through TEAMS: cost-saving and adaptable to your timetable.
If they are online with a teacher all the time, groups are limited to a maximum of 5 students.
If face-to-face with a maximum of 8-9 students
Each group always has the same teacher so that the teacher can follow the evolution and adapt to the needs of the group. We only recommend changing teachers at higher levels and in conversation groups to be able to practise with different accents.

Through the direct method, learning is done through oral communication. We speak, listen, make mistakes and repeat ourselves, learning in a natural way.
