Free, high-quality training for all working and employed people.
What is Fundae?
The State Foundation for Employment Training, and we will inform you. (formerly Tripartite Foundation) is a state body financed by public funds. Its main objective is to promote and encourage vocational training in Spanish companies.
FUNDAE was created with the aim of professionalising and boosting Spanish companies through employee training. This resource enables adaptation to new changes in the environment, a possibility to make more effective use of environmental factors and a more favourable situation when dealing with conflict.

What does Fundae manage?
The organisation provides a loan to the company to enable it to pay for the training of its employees.. All Spanish companies are entitled to the granting of this credit, however, a large number of companies are not eligible for this credit. do not take advantage of this resource and poor employee training is common in Spanish companies.
This lack of training means that many companies find themselves in a situation where they have to disadvantaged position compared to those that keep their workers in constant learning. This disadvantage is accentuated in a context where rapidly increasing digitalisation plays a key role in economic activity.
and we will inform you.therefore commissions managing the funds allocated to training programmed by companies which they may enforce by rebates on your social security contributions. It favours access, through subsidiesThe right to free and quality training for all workers.
How do your employees benefit?
FUNDAE's work is to help companies and workers improve skills to enable them to cope with changes in the labour market and productive sectors through quality training.
Training subsidised by FUNDAE
and we will inform you. offers bonuses for companies so that, by means of credits, they can carry out training or courses. This credit available to companies for the training of their employees is paid by means of rebates on the social security contributions paid by companies.
The The amount of the claim results from applying to the amount paid into the social security system by each undertaking the previous yearThe percentage of the vocational training fee, as a vocational training fee, shall be the percentage established annually in the General State Budget Law. This percentage is determined according to the size of the companies, so that the smaller the size of the company, the higher the percentage.

FUNDAE subsidised training requirements
Some requirements to be taken into account in relation to the training subsidised by FUNDAE:
- Companies that incorporate new workers, either by opening new workplaces or by new creation: 65 euros for each new worker.
- It is important to note that if the company has more than 5 employees, it is obliged to assume a percentage of the total costs that it reports in the application during the year. For the calculation of this contribution, the wage costs of the employees trained during working hours will be taken into account.
- In order to calculate the credit of enterprises, it would be necessary to have access to the FUNDAE telematic application with the company's digital certificate and enter "economic data" to see the credit.
- Companies that grant individual training leave to their employees will have an additional credit, the criteria for the amount of which are determined by Order of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
- In any case, the company must submit the training actions to the workers' legal representatives for information. Failure by the company to comply with this obligation will prevent the acquisition and, if applicable, the maintenance of the right to the bonus (provided that the company has a RLT).
- The maximum percentage of the cost of the course that a company can subsidiseThe size of your company will depend on the size of your company (as discussed below).
- With regard to the The maximum amount that a company can subsidise per course is up to 13 euros/h and student for classroom training and online courses with a teacher, provided that sufficient appropriations are available.
- For the course or online training to be subsidised there is no fixed % of hours to be performedbut the current description defines it as "a reasonable number of hours". Therefore, we can estimate around a 70% and have completed the course.
- If the credit is not consumed during the year, it is lost (except for companies with less than 50 employees, which in June can ask to accumulate the credit for the following year).

How to calculate the bonus available to your company
To this end, the following must be taken into account:
- A: The average workforce of the previous year.
- B: The contribution of the total number of workers for vocational training contingency.
- C: The size of the company, based on the previous year's training quota.
In accordance with the size of our company, the percentages of the subsidy that would cover the loan are as follows:
- 1 - 5 workers: minimum amount of 420€.
- 6 - 9 workers:100% of the vocational training contribution
- 10 - 49 workers:75% of the vocational training levy
- 50 - 249 workers:60% of the vocational training contribution.
- 250 and more workers:50% of the vocational training contribution.
The remainder would be provided by the subsidised company as private co-financing, i.e. a company with 10-49 employees that would be subsidised 75% of the cost of the course (up to a maximum of 13 euros/hour in a face-to-face training, for example) would have to provide 25% as private co-financing.
Within this private co-financing, a % could be deducted depending on whether the trainees have received such training during their working hours. As a general rule, the cost will be found on the basis of the company's wage bill.
For accreditation, it will be necessary to keep a copy of the receipts of the previous year's contributions or a certificate of credits, and the calculation made in respect of the workers trained.
